Caledonia Builders was established in 2016 with the mission to provide a customer-centric buying and homeowner experience. We’ve assembled a dedicated team to execute this goal; each member is hand-picked. Each senior team member has 20+ years of experience working for large public and private homebuilders in Austin. They’re here because they’re great at what they do, and because they believe in our customer-centric culture. We are a locally owned builder in Austin, Texas.

New to Texas. First time building a home from the ground up. The staff at Caledonia Builders made it possible for us to build our dream home on a beautiful lot in a great city. The outcome after a lengthy process, due to the pandemic, was Caledonia building us a beautiful home. Even with the shortages, the craziness, and the headaches 2021 gave us, the staff at Caledonia remained committed and honored our contract. They provided us an excellent customer service experience. The Sales Manager, Rich, was easy to talk to and he kept us informed during the process with the good and the bad, not too much bad but in a year with shortages and high prices he helped ease the stress of building a home in today’s world. Jared, the director of construction was equally easy to talk to and was always there to meet us whenever we were in town and wanting a walkthrough of our home during the construction phase. Both Rich and Jared are very knowledgeable in the Caledonia brand and building of new construction in Texas. We had very minor setbacks or issues to address during the construction and design phase but Jared and Rich both made its painless to address and find solutions to any issues or concerns we had.
We are very pleased with the end product. The folks at Caledonia are professionals, they know their product and industry and they are easy to work with. Great customer service.

We absolutely love our Caledonia home! ♥️ They were extremely easy to work with and let us customize the house to our specifications. They were willing to modify the floorplan and give my husband the appliances he wanted in the kitchen (he loves to cook). The upgraded spa bathroom is heavenly, and our outdoor kitchen is amazing. They have a beautiful and vast selection of options to choose from at the design center. If we ever build another home in the Austin area, we will be building it with Caledonia. We highly recommend them!
